I was amazed at the quick service I received from Legacy Plumbing. I had lost hot water and was expecting company at 11:00 a.m. the next day… which happened to be today, Saturday. What are the chances I can get service that quickly? Well, I did with Bryan. He told me a repairman would be here at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and be finished by 11:00 a.m. That indeed is exactly what happened… but my story is even better. Nolan was the repairman who came and discovered that my heater could be reset and I didn’t need to purchase a new one. It was his kindness and honesty which struck me profoundly.
