I was amazed at the quick service I received from Legacy Plumbing. I had lost hot water and was expecting company at 11:00 a.m. the next day… which happened to be today, Saturday. What are the chances I can get service that quickly? Well, I did with Bryan. He told me a repairman would be here at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and be finished by 11:00 a.m. That indeed is exactly what happened… but my story is even better. Nolan was the repairman who came and discovered that my heater could be reset and I didn’t need to purchase a new one. It was his kindness and honesty which struck me profoundly. I only had to pay the emergency service fee and was so relieved and grateful. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and wish them the very best with their business of true caring for their customers.

Legacy Plumbing was great. They sent out two different representatives, one to give me a free estimate and the next day to install my new faucet. Both Nolan and Adam were terrific, both very prompt and professional. While truthfully I'm not sure if they were the cheapest, the service was bar none excellent. Adam had to crawl under my house, not word one of complaint. He was, in a word, awesome! I would highly recommend their services.

We had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing repairing our main sewer pipe. Nick and Deegan had excellent communication throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. They spent two full days at our house making sure everything was taken care of properly and always let us know when they arrived to the house and what work would be done each day. You wouldn’t even know they came and repaired our main pipe because they cleaned up everything so well (including a portion of the neighbor’s yard in which they had to dig into the concrete). Their pricing was extremely fair, and they were genuinely kind, professional people to work with. We really appreciated their honesty, hard work, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
