Well, DJ took care of my toilet by unplugging it after I flushed pork stew down it with possibly some bones (I thought I’d removed them all). It worked fine for a day, but the next day it was plugged again (a Saturday). I called in to get him back again, so he showed up today. He removed the toilet to see what was wrong and was able to completely remove whatever was stuck at the top of the pipe. He said he was trying to call the office to ask them to not charge me for today’s service. There was no answer, so he told me he’d give me a credit for today’s visit. Legacy Plumbing Will Be My First Call Apr 21, 2025

I had a problem with my toilet and called Legacy Plumbing and Excavation around 3:00 a.m. I spoke with Brian. Brian set up a same-day appointment and gave me some over-the-phone advice. I kept plunging and I got the drain cleared myself. I called Brian back to let him know that I wouldn’t need his service. He was very nice and said, “no problem.” It was such a pleasure talking to him at such an early time in the morning and getting such a personable voice and understanding person on the other end. They have my promise that if ever I need plumbing work, Legacy Plumbing and Excavation will be my first call. Thank you, Brian!!!

Fairly straightforward toilet reinstallation following floor covering replacement. Super nice young guy from Legacy carried out the job quickly and efficiently, and for what I thought was a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

My in-the-process-of-being-potty-trained 2-year-old decided to throw all of his bath toys down the toilet. One particular baby shark was the EXACT shape it needed to be to clog it in such a way that getting it out was not going to happen for me. Not to mention my mother-in-law had already done A NUMBER TWO before we realized what had happened. 😵 Legacy was there same day, ready to help in this less-than-ideal situation we found ourselves in. I couldn't be more happy with the service and professionalism they provided! HIGHLY recommend!!!
