Water heater went down late last night, called them. They had somebody here the very next day before I even got out of bed. The tech was quick to diagnose what was going on. They utilized the manufacturer's warranty to save me cost. (I’ve had companies not do that so I would buy their parts, increasing my cost significantly.) Had it shipped to their shop so they can immediately come out upon delivery. He was able to do a bypass so we had some hot water in the meantime. Honest, upfront pricing, which was completely reasonable. Excellent customer service. A local company with deep roots to the area, and it shows in the way they treat their customers and work product. Highly recommend.
