Everything was all fixed in ONE DAY!
Wanted $1,700 to replace two shower cartridges. Isn't that a $30 part? Internet says should cost $100–$300 to install. Now they want $1,300 for installing an expansion tank which they didn't even do, guy put in a pressure relief valve in 30 minutes. Internet says $300–$650. I asked for a price breakdown of parts and labor and...silence. Can't help but wonder if they think I am a hapless woman who already paid $10,000 to fix my water main break so what is a few thousand more.
They did GREAT on this. WOW I had a crazy water main break, a creek flowing halfway down my driveway on a steep rocky hill, and they were able to cut a hole in my concrete, drill a new line precisely from the street up my hill to my house, repour concrete, and everything was all fixed in ONE DAY! I couldn't believe the efficiency and quality workmanship of the team. Thank you, Legacy!!

We hired Legacy Plumbing to replace our existing main water line. 49 ft straight from the road under our lawn and porch. I took pictures and sent them to Legacy for an estimate. We had a few back-and-forth communications to figure out details such as reconnecting irrigation at the main connection point and scheduling. The price was good, so we went for it after comparing with 3 other providers. On the scheduled day, they did the work seamlessly. Not even 2 hours water shut off. Came early and left about 5 hours later. They cleaned everything after themselves. It is as if nothing happened. Now we are waiting for the inspector who is scheduled to come today.
